Media Centre

We provide a 24-hour service to the media, seven days-a-week. So if you're looking for a story or regular updates on events taking place within our region, contact our media team on 0871 677 0123.

You can also stay up-to-date and quickly find news thats relevant to your area.

Between 8.30am and 5.30pm, you should be able to speak directly or email one of the members of our media team, who will be happy to help you with your query.

For urgent calls outside of these hours, dialing 0871 677 0123 will put you in contact with our on-duty press officer via a pager system.

Ciaran Nelson

Ciaran joined the media team in Spring 2010. He has over ten years’ experience in media, working with a number of high profile PR agencies and influential NGOs.

Ciaran joined Anglian Water from the RSPB.

He has an ever-growing knowledge on the environment, and an avid interest in the natural world. Away from the office he can often be found exploring the remoter parts of the British Isles.

John Clare

John joined the media team in September 2010. He brings with him 15 years experience of working in journalism and public relations, including time on newspapers, news agencies and regional television.

For the last four years he has worked in the national press office of the RSPB. He has a deep appreciation for the wonders of the natural world and punk rock.

Antony Innes

Antony joined the Media Team in Spring 2010 from the Customer Services department within Anglian Water. Before joining the company he studied at the University of Portsmouth for a degree in Politics.

He has a strong interest in the environment, and particularly enjoys trying to capture its natural beauty on camera.
