Customers may opt for the Industrial Interruptible tariff providing they have storage facilities to accommodate not less than six hours water consumption at their average rate of demand.
Notice of a supply interruption will be given at least one hour in advance, and the interruption will last for no more than four hours. This interruption can only take place once a day, and may take place every day for a specified period.
