What we look for
We do look for certain skills and behaviours in our graduate trainees. These include an understanding of our business context, effective communication abilities, a true sense of teamwork and the capacity to make informed decisions.
When we find these crucial qualities in a graduate, we know we’ve found someone who is capable of contributing to the success of our business from the very first day they join us.
