Individual attention
Every member of staff is an integral part of the company. We pride ourselves on giving each employee individual attention, recognising that people work in different ways. We also feel that people perform at their best when they have a clear understanding of their role and what’s expected of them, and when they’re motivated and excited about what they do.
As well as ensuring that everyone has the necessary Health and Safety and technical training we are currently developing new training programmes. These will be tailored to the individual’s particular needs and may include coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in unfamiliar areas of the business to make sure you never feel that the job is just a job.
Consistent benchmarks
At the heart of all our development programmes is a structured framework of skills and behaviours that apply to all roles in the organisation. This framework provides a consistent benchmark for recruitment, performance management, merit-based reward, and promotion, as well as aiding in identifying individual training and development needs. All employees receive regular feedback on their performance and guidance on how to improve. Our goal is to attract, develop, and retain the best people by recognising and rewarding their best efforts.
