Anglian Water has well established relationships with a number of regional and national recruitment suppliers. Our recruitment needs span almost every conceivable profession and having a considered supplier strategy is a critical element to our ongoing success and our ability to offer our business with best fit recruitment solutions.

 

We operate openly with our recruitment supplier base, rewarding first class recruitment support with a partnership which offers longevity, mutual benefit and great results. This enables the Anglian Water resourcing team to operate efficiently whilst still delivering a total resourcing solution to our complex business.

Recruitment Agencies, Consultancies and Head Hunters (Permanent, Fixed Term, Temporary or Interim)

We are currently reviewing our temporary and permanent staffing requirements in order to reflect the needs of our business.

If you have previously expressed an interest in working with us you will be contacted shortly. Regrettably as the review process has now begun we are unable to accept new requests to be included in the tender. The arrangements that we put in place will run for 3 years with the option of extending for a further 2 years.

 

Recruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems Providers

Anglian Water currently utilises the i-GRasp product from StepStone for all applicant tracking and candidate management activity. The current system fully meets our recruitment programme needs and offers a flexible platform for us to adjust our process as required. Anglian Water has no plans to review the use of this system and is committed to using the i-GRasp system for the foreseeable future.

 

Recruitment Advertising Providers and Consultants

Anglian Water sources all of it's external online and offline advertising through one provider at present. There are no immediate plans to review this approach. Our current provider offers us comprehensive attraction and media support which includes technical intervention as needed. We do not source advertising directly from press or specialist publications or online providers. 

 

Working in the Contact Centre means that I also work closely to the Operational side of the business. This gives me a different insight in to other parts of the business.
