People are the future of Anglian Water and will play a major part in our continued success. To this end, we operate trainee schemes that offer people the chance to gain skills, qualifications and experience whilst doing a proper job - and being paid for it.
To join our trainee schemes you will need five GCSEs, including Maths and English, at grade C or above. You will also need to demonstrate IT, communication, and time-management skills, along with a commitment to learning. In return, you will receive our full support throughout the programme and a salary that increases as you progress.
Our trainees are currently working in electrical and mechanical engineering, telemetry, vehicle maintenance and water distribution. However, openings vary as our requirements are constantly changing. We recruit for our Trainee Schemes annually with most schemes being recruited for in the spring. We plan to commence our recruitment campaign for our 2010 trainees in April.
