We are the largest water and wastewater company in England and Wales. The services we provide are essential to the life, health and well-being of more than 5.5 million customers. With nearly 4000 employees and a £5billion investment in the region between 2005 and 2015, Anglian Water is vital to the rapidly growing economy of our region.
In fact, our region is one of the fastest growing in the country, both in terms of population and economy. Continuing to provide our services against the backdrop of population growth and climate change is one of the biggest challenges we face.
Join us as a graduate and you’ll help us tackle the serious challenges ahead. That’s why a vision for the future, resilience, and the ability to mobilise resources and adapt to change are vital.
What we do
It helps to explain what we do by describing it in terms of a cycle. First of all, we borrow water from the environment, store it, treat it to the highest standard and deliver it to our customers via an underground distribution network.
We then collect wastewater from 5.5 million customers and treat it to strict Environment Agency criterion before returning it to the region’s watercourses. And so the cycle continues…
