A replacement water connection is a new water supply to a property that is already supplied with potable water from Anglian Water.
This form should be used to apply for a new or replacement water connection(s) to an existing public water main. It is essential that you read and use the included guidance notes and checklist when completing this application.
In order to safeguard water quality and public health, it is a requirement that private supply pipes and private mains falling into categories stated in this information sheet are disinfected and tested before a connection to the water supply is allowed.
