Developer Liaison Team - For all water application queries and water connection requests

 

Central Services

Developer Operations Management Team
Income Team - For all water and wastewater application payments.
Developer Account Managers
Legal & Telemetry Team - For the preparation of S104 legal agreements and the coordination of purchasing, installing, commissioning and monitoring of telemetry for adoptable pumping stations.
Water Regulations Team - For all water regulations inspections and Anglian Water approved plumber scheme (APLUS).

 

Water Mains Teams

North & western regions

Covering:  Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Humber, NW & SW Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire

Water Mains Construction Support - For raising quotes for onsite new supplies.
Water Mains Design Team - For the design of new water mains.
Water Mains Project Engineers - For delivering new water mains for developments including self lay and diversions of water assets.

Eastern regions

Covering: East Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk

Water Mains Construction Support - For raising quotes for onsite new supplies.

Wastewater contacts

Wastewater Engineers - For all sewer adoptions (S104 & S102 schemes); Sewer diversion (S185); Sewer requisitions (S98).

Support Technicians - For all Sewer connections (S106); Proposals to build within 3 metres of public sewers; C3/C4 enquiries from Highway Authorities and Solicitor Enquiries from drainage searches.

Wastewater Technicians - For all wastewater site inspections.

Western regions
Covering: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire (part), Hertfordshire (part), Leicestershire (part), Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire (Cherwell) and Rutland.
