Developer Account Recharge Tracker (DART) is a credit facility provided to large housing developers.  It provides an easier, more effective way to manage the financial administration of your developments.

DART enables you to raise and complete jobs on an account and a monthly statement will be issued in arrears for payment.

 

 What can DART be used for?

  • Standard charge water connections.
  • Main laying design fees.
  • DADs payments.

To qualify for a DART account you must meet the following criteria, subject to satisfactory credit checks:

  • Minimum build of 100 properties per year.
  • Excellent payment performance history.
  • Capable of settling account within 10 working days of statement date.
