Section 42 Floods and Water Management Act - New Build Standards and Mandatory Adoption

Section 42 will introduce mandatory adoption and new build standards for new sewers and lateral drains.

Changes due to be implemented in the near future

In the near future, you will not be able to apply for a sewer connection unless you have an adoption agreement in place for all of the new sewers and lateral drains on your site. Find out more about the changes and how they will affect you.
