If your site has no means of drainage to an existing public sewer due to third party land, we can provide both a foul and surface water sewer to serve the site. You can requisition (formally request) a new public sewer under Section 98 of the Water Industry Act 1991.
You will be required to contribute towards the costs of the work. The charge is dependent upon a number of factors including sewer cost, the number of houses served, and how quickly the houses are occupied
