Internal flooding
If your property has internal sewer flooding, we will respond as soon as possible, investigate the cause and whether any third parties are involved. We’ll automatically refund your annual sewerage bill. This will vary between £150 and £1,000 for each incident.
When the flooding has stopped, we’ll do our best to find out why it happened and prevent any future incidents.
