How to claim your water saving garden kit: 

Please complete the online form to request your kit. The form must include your name, address, and contact email.
You must live in the Anglian Water region, including Hartlepool region, please use the postcode checker on the order form.
You can only have one kit per household, per order.
You will receive an email confirming your request of the kit; this does not guarantee the order will be fulfilled, this is dependent on us having available stock at the time of the order.
By providing your details you give permission for us to share your details with the device distributers.
All kit orders are subject to stock availability.
If we have kit in stock, we hope to deliver it to you within 14 working days of receiving your order.
You won’t receive an email confirming the order has been sent.

Data Usage/Permissions 

By completing the online order form, you give permission for us to share your name, address and email address with the device distributers for device fulfilment. It will not be shared with any other organisation.

Liability – For your safety it is important to note the following:

The garden kit is not manufactured by us, and we are therefore not liable for faulty or damaged items sent in the water-saving kit.
We are not liable for any injury or illness incurred from use of the kit and the items included in the kit.
You should follow the manufacturer’s guidelines/instructions which are sent with the garden kit and note that you use the kit at your own risk.
