Sustainable Living Kitchen Kit - Terms and Conditions

​How to claim your sustainable living kitchen kit:

  • Please complete the online form to request your kit. The form must include your name, address and contact email.
  • You must live in the Anglian Water region, please use the post code checker on the order form.
  • You can only order one kit per household.
  • You will receive an email confirming your request of the kit; this does not guarantee the order will be fulfilled, this is dependent on us having available stock at the time of the order.
  • By providing your details you give permission for us to share your details with the kit distributers. ​
    All kit orders are subject to stock availability.
  • If we have kits in stock, we hope to deliver it to you within 14 working days of receiving your order.​
  • You won’t receive an email confirming the order has been sent.  

 

Data Usage/Permissions

  • By completing the online order form, you give permission for us to share your name, address and email address with the kit distributers for kit fulfilment. It will not be shared with any other organisation.

Liability – For your safety it is important to note the following:

  • The sustainable kitchen kit is not manufactured by us, and we are therefore not liable for faulty or damaged items sent.
  • We are not liable for any injury or illness incurred from use of the kit and the items included in the kit.
  • You should follow the manufacturer’s guidelines/instructions which are sent with the sustainable kitchen kit and note that you use the kit at your own risk.

  • Included in the sustainable living kit are Smol dishwasher tablets. Please visit here for full terms and conditions provided by Smol. Anglian Water are not liable for any injury or illness incurred from using Smol products.
  • As part of the Anglian Water and Smol partnership, a promotional code has been included in the kit: ANGLIANWATER4 - By using this code on the Smol website, you will receive a free trial (not including a charge of £1 postage and packaging), plus £2.50 off first paid pack of laundry (bio or non-bio) or dishwasher tablets. This promotion is valid from now till 31.12.23 and applies to new customers in the UK only.​
