With our Watertight Promise we give every domestic property in our region one free repair or replacement of up to 15 metres of underground pipe (apart from pipes that run under buildings) from the street boundary to where the pipe enters your home. The pipe still remains the responsibility of the householder and there are some terms and conditions.
