Having enough money to pay your bills can sometime be a bit of a challenge. If you’re finding it hard, we will work with you to come up with a payment plan.

Household water bills for 2013-14 will increase on average by £12. This rise is mainly due to inflation, which was at 3 per cent when bills were calculated. The remaining 1 per cent is to help pay for Anglian Water’s investment programme, which this year will be £466 million.
