Tariffs and charges

Our charges scheme for water and sewerage services covers the period from 1st April to 31st March each year.

Below is a list of the tariffs, which form part of the charges scheme for the year 2010 - 2011 and an explanation of how the charges are calculated and when bills are sent.

When your bills are sent

When are bills for customers without meters sent?: Bills are sent out in March for the coming year and can be paid in full by 1 April, in two instalments (April and October), or by monthly instalments. We will send you a reminder bill for the October instalment, unless you have already paid the whole amount.
When are bills for customers with meters sent?: Bills will be produced on a quarterly or six months basis and payment is due on the date shown on the bill. The bills are normally based on a true meter reading, but may occasionally be based on an estimated reading. We will be happy to accept a meter reading from you if an estimated bill has been produced.

Our charges change on the 1st April each year - view charges for 2009-2010.
