After you apply for a water meter, our Switchback Guarantee gives you the opportunity to revert back to your unmeasured method of charging (based on the rateable value of your property) anytime during the first 24 months of your measured charging.
However, you will still need to pay for any metered charges incurred prior to switching back onto unmeasured charges.
