Our paperless billing service gives you two options to view, pay and keep details of your Anglian Water bill online.

You’ve two options when you opt for paperless billing.

Option 1 - Access through internet banking

For customers who bank with Lloyds TSB, RBS or Natwest. We’re also trying to get more banks to sign up.

If you want to register

Log onto your internet banking account and give the following information:

• Your nine digit Anglian Water account number: look on the front of your paper bill.
• The full address of the property: look on the front of your paper bill

Option 2 - Viewing your bills online             

If you don't have an account with one of the banks listed above, you can still view and manage your bill online by registering via the MyBillsOnline service.

To register

Use the link above and give the following information:

• Your nine digit account number: look on the front of your paper bill.
• The post code of the property supplied: look on the front of your paper bill.

Can anyone register with MyBillsOnline?

Yes, just as long as you

• Are currently living at the address you are registering.
• Aren’t paying VAT on your water charges: check your bill
