Anglers are enjoying good sport at Pitsford with a rod average of 4.6 and plenty of fish in the 3-5lb range.

Pitsford Water continues to fish well with fish rising freely across the Narrows and main basin. The rod average for the week is a very healthy 4.6 with several fish between 3-5lb.

There are still fish being caught from the bank with the Cliffs, No Fish Point, Gravels and Rigbys Point all fishing well.

The boat anglers are finding lots of fish in the basin, Pines, Cliffs and across the Narrows.

The AMFC Group One held a match at Pitsford on Saturday with six teams fishing and the title still up for grabs. Fished to a four fish kill and four fish catch and release the 36 anglers caught 171 fish for a rod average of 4.75.

Tunbridge Wells FF were winners with 38 fish for 85lb 13oz. Second place went to Fish Hawks with 32 fish for 71lb 9oz. Invicta took third place with 29 fish for 64lb 6oz. Andy Everett fishing for Soldier Palmers was top rod with 8 fish for 23lb 4oz, including time bonus. Sean Brooks of the Tunbridge Team caught the best Brown at 4lb 7oz. Si Gaines fishing for the Fish Hawks weighed in the best Rainbow at 3lb 15oz.
