    Maintaining our assets - Wastewater collection - Mablethorpe, Victoria Road

    Between April 2005 and March 2010, the AMP4 period, Anglian Water is investing £150 million maintaining its 43,000 kilometres of sewers. Much of this investment is on rehabilitating sewers in poor condition. This can be done using various methods including relining, slip lining or full replacement and returns a sewer that was in poor condition back into good condition.

    Investing in first time rural sewerage schemes - Hubberts Bridge

    Between April 2005 and March 2010, Anglian Water is investing some £80 million in providing foul water drainage for certain properties in rural communities in our region, where the existing private drainage systems have been found to be harming the environment.  Providing a public sewerage system has been proven to be the most cost-effective solution.
