    Lead Communication Pipe Replacement - Kettering

    Historically lead pipe work was used to connect properties to the water mains, we now know lead pipe work poses a potential risk to water quality – lead may be harmful for our health. The simplest solution to reduce the potential risk of lead in drinking water is to remove lead pipe work from the system.

    Investing in first time rural sewerage schemes – Harringworth & Shotley

    Between April 2010 and March 2015, Anglian Water is investing some £70 million in providing foul water drainage so that 2,970 properties in rural communities in our region will have the option to connect to the new sewerage system. This expenditure is focussed on existing private drainage systems that have been found to be harming the environment and providing a public sewerage system has been proven to be the most cost-effective solution
