    Maintaining our assets - Wastewater collection - Lincoln

    Between April 2010 and March 2015, the AMP5 period, Anglian Water is investing £175 million maintaining its 43,000 kilometres of sewers. Much of this investment is on rehabilitating sewers in poor condition. This can be done using various methods including relining or full replacement and returns a sewer that was in poor condition back into good condition.

    Investing in first time rural sewerage schemes – Sudbrooke

    Between April 2010 and March 2015, Anglian Water is investing some £70 million in providing foul water drainage so that 2,970 properties in rural communities in our region will have the option to connect to the new sewerage system. This expenditure is focussed on existing private drainage systems that have been found to be harming the environment and providing a public sewerage system has been proven to be the most cost-effective solution
