Maintaining our Assets – Water Mains
Between April 2010 and March 2015, Anglian Water is investing some £70 million in providing foul water drainage so that 2,970 properties in rural communities in our region will have the option to connect to the new sewerage system. This expenditure is focussed on existing private drainage systems that have been found to be harming the environment and providing a public sewerage system has been proven to be the most cost-effective solution
Anglian Water has launched the biggest water efficiency drive the region has ever seen.
