Charges for 2023-24
Our Everyday charge is based on the volume of water used and a charge for sewerage, usually calculated at 90% of the water supplied, plus a fixed charge.
Everyday
*includes a fixed rate charge of £24.00 to cover highway drainage
Our WaterSure tariff can help if you’re finding it difficult to pay your bill and you need to use large amounts of water. It has a higher fixed rate than our Everyday tariff, but there’s no charge for the water you use.

Our AquaCare Plus tariff can help if you’re struggling to pay your water bill. It has a higher fixed rate than our Everyday tariff, but charges less for the water you use.
