We’d urge all carers to get the people they care for added to our Priority Services Register to make sure they’re getting the support they need. Sign up and find out more about how we can help or by calling us on 0800 232 1951.  

Are you a young carer?   
We recognise that whilst there are many young carers out there, you may be the only person caring for your loved ones. If you are caring for a loved one, we’re here to support you. 

We can also help you make sure the correct support is in place for your loved ones meaning giving you one less thing to worry about.  This includes if there’s a problem with the water supply at home or if we need to visit your home.  

As a young carer we’ve made it easy to sign your cared for up for Priority Services Register so you can make sure we’re able to best support them. You can sign up by calling 0800 232 1951 or you can find out more and register here. If you need help with this form please speak to a professional or trusted adult who’ll be able to support you.

Working in partnership to support carers in our region
We've teamed up with Lincolnshire County Council children's service who support young carers across the county – to give them advice and information on how our Priority Services could help them at home too. 

We’re working with Carers First which provides information, advice and guidance to carers across our region. Carers First understand the challenges unpaid carers face and offer timely support to make it easier for them to continue living their lives to the fullest.

They work with carers to identify the best way forward for them as individuals, and support them with practical information on employment issues, how to access respite, as well as helping to navigate sensitive conversations with GP’s, hospitals and social care professionals.
