- You must live in one of these Lincolnshire postcodes; PE20, PE21, PE22, PE24, PE25, DN21 or NN1 and have your water supplied by us, as well as a smart meter installed at your home.
- You must have a child under 12 months, or one on the way.
- Offer is subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Limited to one BabyDam per eligible household only.
- We’ll aim to dispatch the BabyDam within 14 days from the date of your eligibility having been confirmed. Once your BabyDam has been dispatched, we’ll have fulfilled our obligation to provide the product to you.
- We’ll only dispatch the BabyDam to the supply address in the eligible postcodes.
- We reserve the right to end the offer at any time and will not fulfil any claims from customers.
How we’ll use your contact information:
- By completing the online request form, you are signing up to be part of the BabyDam water saving trial and we will use your information to check your eligibility to take part, and to email you confirming receipt of your application, as well as confirmation of your eligibility. We may also email you asking for feedback about the trial.
- We will forward your name, address and email address to BabyDam Ltd so they can arrange delivery of your BabyDam through their courier, Evri.
- We will use your anonymised monthly water consumption data for the duration of the trial from the readings we already get from your smart water meter, as well as for the same period the previous year as a comparator. This will help us assess the effectiveness of a BabyDam in reducing water consumption. Once anonymised, we will not be able to identify your households specific water consumption in the trial.

Product liability
- Anglian Water are not the manufacturer of the BabyDam and therefore we are not liable for faulty or damaged items. We are not liable for any injury or illness incurred from use of the product.
- If the product arrives damaged, please send an email to info@babydam.com with a photo of the damaged item and BabyDam Ltd will look into it at their discretion.
- BabyDam should only be used and installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and babies and children should never be left unsupervised.
