Receiving your water-saving devices:

  1. When requesting a visit from Anglian Water regarding a meter upgrade, new meter or an enquiry about high consumption we will also add the additional service of including the water saving advice and devices. 
  2. If you have had a completed water saving home visit in the property within the last 2 years you will not receive more water saving devices.
  3. You must live in the Anglian Water region and in our water supply areas. 
  4. You will receive a job confirmation number linked to your metering visit; this does not guarantee the technician will be able to fulfil the water saving home visit, this is dependent on us having available stock at the time of the visit.   
  5. All water-saving device orders are subject to stock availability.   
  6. We will only provide the relevant water saving devices to households that are suitable for the property. Certain water saving devices are only suitable for certain types of showers or taps.  

 

Data Usage/Permissions

  1. By completing a water saving home visit our technician will collect information about the items fitted at your home to help us record the assumed water savings and manage stock levels. It will not be shared with any other organisation.

Liability – For your safety it is important to note the following:  

  1. Water-saving devices are not manufactured by us, and we are therefore not liable for faulty or damaged items sent in the water-saving kit.  
  2. Once the items are fitted or installed, we have no liability for any faults with your appliances or fixtures. The water saving items can be removed by yourself.  
  3. We are not liable for any injury or illness incurred from use of the water-saving devices. 
  4. You should follow the manufacturers guidelines/instructions which are provided on the visits with the technician and note that you use the devices at your own risk.
