T’s & C’s:

• Customers to pay £9.99 for the water butt.
• Anglian Water funding the remaining costs up to a maximum of £25 per butt.
• Customers must live in Colchester, and the surrounding areas.  As well as having their water supplied by Anglian Water.
• Customers may only claim if they visit Perrywood Garden Centres, Tiptree & Sudbury sites to purchase the water butt and meet the criteria above.
• Offer subject to availably and whilst stocks last. Limited to one per eligible household only.
• We reserve the right to end the offer at any time. 

Product Liability:

• Anglian Water are not the manufacturer of the water butts and therefore we are not liable for faulty or damaged items. 
• We're not liable for any injury or illness incurred from use of the product. 
• If the product arrives damaged, please send an email to info@perrywood.co.uk.  Send a photo of the damaged item and Perrywood will replace it at their discretion. 
• The Water Butts should only be used and installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.  Please take care when fitting your water butt.
