We never stop looking for ways to make life easier for our customers. As a Priority Services customer, you’ll get our free additional support for as long as you need it. 

We want to make sure we can prioritise your needs if your water stops.  As well as helping you manage your account as easy as possible.

As a reminder here’s just a few of the ways we can lend a hand.

  • We’ll prioritise your needs if you water stops. 
  • We can send bills in Braille, large print or audio formats. 
  • You can set up a password so you’ll always know it's us if we need to visit your home. 
  • We can read your meter for you if you find this difficult.
