Our Terms and Conditions for Leak Detection Tablets

Receiving Leak Detection tablets: 

1. We send leak detection dye tablets to help identify if your toilet cistern is leaking.  
2. We’ll send the tablets in the post to you as part of our smart meter leak investigation or via our Metering Technicians who have identified high usage by reading your meter. 
3. The dye tablets cannot be requested individually unless we have identified there is high consumption by reading your meter or continuous flow identified through smart meter data.

Liability – For your safety it is important to note the following:  

1. The leak dye tablets are not manufactured by us, and we are therefore not liable for faulty or damaged items sent to you via our leak detection tablets.
2. We are not liable for any injury or illness incurred from use of the leak dye tablet. 
3. You should follow the guidelines/instructions which are included with the leak detection dye tablets.
