Leaky Loo strips

Receiving Leaky Loo strips: 

We send Leaky Loo strips to help identify if your toilet cistern is leaking. These will either be sent to you through the post (as part of our smart meter leak investigation), or given to you by one of our metering technicians if they spot high water usage on your smart meter.

You can’t directly request a Leaky Loo strip. They’re only given out as a response to higher-than-normal meter readings or continuous water flow every hour of the day.

Liability:  

The Leaky Loo strips aren’t manufactured by us, so we don't accept liability if these are faulty or damaged when they arrive – nor are we liable for any injury or illness caused by using the Leaky Loo strip.
