Water services quality management system
As part of Anglian Water, the Water Services business unit has an established Quality Management System (QMS) that is externally assessed by a third party for compliance with international management standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Water Services has recently implemented a formal Environmental Management System (EMS). The EMS has been successfully integrated into our existing QMS.
Our current certification body is Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) which is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). The scope of system coverage is from 'source to tap' and covers all major processes including abstraction, treatment, storage and distribution in accordance with National Legislation, Regulation and other requirements.
