We launched Love Every Drop in 2010 and we’re proud of our achievements so far.

For the first time, in 2013, our Annual Report included our financial, social and environmental performance during the year – all together in one integrated report.

For us value creation extends far beyond the financial performance of the business. It includes our strategy for creating value over the long term, and how we manage the business in a sustainable way. That’s why you can now read about our progress in our Annual Reports, rather than separate documents.

What’s clear about Love Every Drop is that we can’t do it on our own. Our achievements are in no small part thanks to all our employees, customers, suppliers and partners who have given us help, advice and support along the way. Together, we can make all the difference in the world.
