Our upgraded meters save time, carbon and money.

We’re always looking for clever ways to save water. In the future, smart meters will help us find and fix leaks faster than ever before.

Smart meter data helps to us understand household usage, and detect leaks on customers properties so that customers only pay for what they use and not a penny more. This is one of the reasons why we’re installing 1.1 million smart meters by 2025, giving you access to your usage and keeping you in control. Learn more about smart meters and the upgrade process.
