Everyone needs a helping hand from time to time. We’re here to help if you’re struggling in some way, facing difficulties, or if your circumstances have recently changed and that’s making things harder than usual.

Whether it’s paying your bill, managing your account, something that impacts your water usage, or a friend or relative that needs help, get in touch. There are a variety of ways in which we can support you, like adding your details to our priority service register, and having a pre agreed password for us to use if we need to visit.

Did you know that if you are on a meter there’s a choice of tariffs to help customers with different needs?

If you’re using a lot of water, and you need some help managing your water bill, you might find that being on WaterSure or AquaCare Plus helps.

WaterSure keeps your payments the same no matter how much water you use. This tariff has a fixed, higher annual standing charge and no charge for the volume of water used.

AquaCare Plus makes your water bill vary less when you use more, because most of your bill is made up of the fixed standing charge

Or there's our LITE tariff designed designed to support people with low disposable income who may be struggling to afford their water bill.
