We like to give tailor-made services to customers who may, from time to time, need a bit of extra help.

If you tell us what help or services you need from us, we’ll keep your details safe on our priority services register so that when that time comes, you get the support you need. Find out what WaterCare - our priority service register we can offer which includes agreeing a password for us to use if we need to visit.

Did you know that if you are on a meter there’s a choice of tariffs to help customers with different needs?

If you’re using a lot of water, and you need some help managing your water bill, you might find that being on WaterSure or AquaCare Plus helps.

WaterSure keeps your payments the same no matter how much water you use. This tariff has a fixed, higher annual standing charge and no charge for the volume of water used.

AquaCare Plus makes your water bill vary less when you use more, because most of your bill is made up of the fixed standing charge

Or there's our LITE tariff designed designed to support people with low disposable income who may be struggling to afford their water bill.
