When you get your bill, we want to make paying it as easy as possible. Just choose the way to pay that works for you.
Online or telephone banking
To set up internet or telephone banking contact your bank or building society. To pay your water bill you’ll need to give your bank the following information:
- Our bank account number: 90011916
- Our sort code: 20-43-63
- Your nine digit account number: look on the front of your bill
- How much to pay: This is shown as Total Amount Due on your water bill
Direct debit is simple, safe and convenient to use and means you can spread the cost of your bills over the year. You can set up monthly payments from your bank or building society now.
All you have to do is have your bank details and your Anglian Water account number ready, and either give us a call on 03457 91 91 55 or complete our secure on-line form.
Debit or Credit card
We accept payment using any debit or credit card, apart from American Express.
Have your bank details and your Anglian Water account number ready when you call our automated phone line 03457 91 91 55 or pay on-line.
Cash or cheque payments can be made in branch free of charge when you tear off and complete the payment slip at the bottom of your bill.
At the post office
Tear off and complete the payment slip at the bottom of your bill.
Take it to your local post office where you can pay by cash or by cheque made payable to ‘Post Office Limited’. (The Post Office will charge a small fee for this service.)
At a payzone agent
Pop into your local Payzone agent and make free cash payments just as long as you have your bill or installment booklet with you. You can also pay with a debit or credit card but you may be charged. Have a look on their website www.payzone.co.uk to find your nearest agent.
Send your cheques made payable to 'Anglian Water'. Write your account number on the back and send it together with the completed payment slip to:
