The SoLow tariff is for measured domestic customers who use less than 75 cubic metres of water a year. There are no standing charges but a higher charge per cubic metre than our standard rate.
Please note: If you chose to switch to this tariff, the charge will take effect and be in place for the minimum of 12 months. The option to change back to your original charge or to an alternative tariff can not be made until this 12 month period has expired.
