Head of Media & PR
Regan joined in August 2016, having worked in communication roles in the NHS and Environment Agency.
She loves spending time outdoors with her horses and dogs, as well as going to gigs and cooking.

Lucie Millitt
PR & Media Manager
Lucie joined the media team in April 2024. She started her career with Anglian Water in operations in 2015, before leaving to pursue a career in comms for local government and technology organisations, and making her return.
She’s always sporting an A4 planner and loves writing blog posts, reading chick lit, eating Guylian seashells and hanging out with her Persian cat, Humphrey.

Molly McKie
PR & Media Manager
Molly joined the media team in July 2021 after graduating from the University of Leeds in modern languages. Before she joined Anglian Water, she ran the social media for startup Cider Is Wine, and has previously also done a turn in the corporate communications and regional engagement teams at Anglian Water.
When she’s not glued to the news, she loves reading, catching up on Netflix, and occasionally making use of her French and Italian on holiday.

Grace Thompson
PR and Media Executive
Grace joined the team in May 2023, and before joining Anglian Water, she was an Engagement Producer at Reach plc. Prior to that, she was a Marketing Executive after graduating from the University of Lincoln in 2020 with a first-class honours degree in journalism. She loves all things media related and has experience across a variety of roles – from photography and video editing to blogging and article writing.
You’ll catch Grace either running every Saturday at her local parkRun, bouncing on trampolines at a fitness class or just simply sitting on the sofa at home playing video games, occasionally accompanied by a furry friend or two.

Abigail McLeod
PR & Media Manager - currently on maternity leave
Abigail joined the media team in June 2022, having worked in a variety of roles for companies including Ogilvy HealthPR, Cancer Research UK, British Heart Foundation and Woodland Trust.
Abigail is passionate about the environment, loves the great outdoors and enjoys going on adventures with her family. She also loves anything health and wellness related, especially unwinding in a natural spa.
