You can submit your meter reading easily in MyAccount. You can generate an up to date bill, manage payment plans and much more. Coronavirus update – as an essential service provider we have re-started carrying out meter readings but only where the meter is located outside your property. If your meter is located within your property boundary and we need access we’ll knock on your door. We will be practising social distancing.
