Approved sectored contractor

Become a member of our APLUS approved sectored contractor scheme and specialise in approved site management for underground water supply pipes, underground water supply pipe installation or commercial catering equipment installation. We've put together some useful information below.

How do I become an approved sectored contractor?

Please note: we no longer carry out sectored assessments tests. If you hold and can provide a copy of a nationally recognised Water Regulations qualification, we can process your membership.

You will need to email the following to: aplus@anglianwater.co.uk

Completed application form, which can be found here
Copy of public liability insurance, minimum cover of £2 million required for sole traders and £5 million for companies
A passport style photo of yourself for your identity card

Once your application has been assessed you will be sent details on how to pay the £90 joining fee.

APLUS Members

Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations Certificates must be used on every occassion where an internal or external plumbing system has been installed.
