Our progress

In 2010, we launched our Love Every Drop strategy to put water at the heart of a whole new way of living, and we’re proud of our achievements so far.

The clear message from Love Every Drop is that we can’t do it on our own. Our successes are due to you, our employees, suppliers and partners – everyone who has given us help, advice and support along the way.

In 2013, we outlined - for the first time - our financial, social and environmental performance in an integrated Annual Report.  For us value creation extends far beyond the financial performance of the business.
