MyAccount has a host of handy tools that make it easy to manage your bills and balances, and so much more. All you need is your account number and postcode.

With an online account you can:

  • view your bill
  • tell us you’re moving home
  • view your payments
  • set up, or change, a direct debit or payment plan
  • check your up-to-date balance
  • submit a meter reading and produce an up to date bill
  • track your usage
  • make a payment
  • update your bank details
  • check for incidents in your area.
