There are many ways you can pay your water bill. To find the right one that works best for you take a look at the options below.
You can register for MyAccount online. Once you’ve registered online with us, you can view and pay your bills, check your balance, set up a Direct Debit, create or amend a payment plan and produce an up to date bill. Register here for MyAccount.

Setting up a regular direct debit is simple, safe and convenient and allows you to spread the cost of your bill over the year rather than paying a lump sum. Alternatively, you can still pay in full following receipt of your bill via direct debit too. Register with MyAccount or call 03457 919 155 to set up an arrangement over the phone.

At Barclays Bank
Make payments at any branch of Barclays using the payment slips at the bottom of your bill or in your booklet, if you have one. Register for MyAccount, or call 03457 919 155 to set up an arrangement over the phone.
Paypoint or Payzone
We appreciate making payments at a local shop with Paypoint or Payzone may be difficult at the moment if you are self-isolating. However, there are other options of how you can make payments from home including setting up a direct debit, via BACS transfer, over the phone on our automated line or online via MyAccount along with others detailed here. Post your cheque and slip to:

Please make your cheque payable to Anglian Water, and write your account number on the back.
Please don’t send cash in the post and remember that your payment could take up to six days to reach us.

You can also pay at any Post Office using the payment slip on your bill but they will charge you for this service. Payments can be made free of charge through our other payment channels, including Barclays, Paypoint or Payzone outlets.
