We responded to the National Audit Office on their request for evidence on customer preferences in our region.

We were pleased to submit a joint response to Ofwat’s Consultation on the Consumer
Involvement Rule on behalf of Anglian Water’s Independent Challenge Group and Customer
Board.

We provided a report on the development of Anglian Water’s PR24 business plan for 2025-2030 which was submitted to Ofwat on 3 October 2023.
