Water Industry Act 1991 Section 8(2)(b) (Notice)

Anglian Water has published a NOTICE under section (8)(2)(b) of the Water Industry Act 1991 stating that it has applied for a variation to its appointment to be the water and/or sewerage services provider at the following sites:

Norwood Farm, Harpole

Anglian Water Services Limited (AWS), registered number 2366656, of Lancaster House, Lancaster Way, Ermine Business Park, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6YJ  hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 8 of the Act that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as a water and wastewater undertaker in place of Independent Water Networks Limited in relation to the area situated at OS Grid Reference E 469717 / N 260934 and known as Norwood Farm, Harpole.
