Under the Water Act 1991 and supported by CDM 2015, we have a duty of care towards our customers in the quality of the water supplied.

Due to certain ground conditions placing our pipes at risk of abrasion or contamination, a soil survey is required.  Ensuring the correct material is used to prevent any risk to future customers.
