No, you cannot transfer your consent to a new premises. A consent to discharge trade effluent relates to a specific premises and cannot be transferred if you move site. If you do intend to move within our region and still wish to discharge trade effluent from your new premises, you must contact your retailer and apply for a new consent in advance. The original consent will need to be terminated if a discharge is not being made.
