Welcome

We have commenced the next phase of our upgrade programme to give our customers access to their daily consumption via MyAccount.

If you would like to enable this, you will need to consent to this either through MyAccount when viewing meter reads, or you can contact us where we can switch this feature on for you.

 

Once completed you will be able to view your usage hourly, daily, weekly and monthly. We will also be able to see the same information.

It takes up to 72 hours from the date permission is given for the hourly readings to be processed and start to show. This means hourly usage will only start from the day consent was given, you won’t see any hourly usage before the day of consent. 

You will be able to select between the last three day's hourly usage, last four weeks as daily usage, the last six months as weekly usage and the last two years as monthly usage. You can also select a custom date range with a start date selected by you. 

The data is not real-time and is updated every 24 hours, providing you with the previous day's usage.

 

On occasions there may be issues with the transmission of data. In these instances, we will aim to resolve this issue as a priority and upload data at our earliest convenience.
